Why do a consultation first?
Because so much of good therapy relies on a good fit between you and your therapist, we can chat about what you are looking for and what you are struggling with to decide if I would be the right person to help you. If so, great! We will schedule a first session. If we aren't the right fit, that's okay too. I can set you up with some referrals to other therapists who may be a better fit for you.
